Appointments continue to be via telephone, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype on Wednesdays.

Office appointments are on Mondays & Thursdays.

For current Clients, if you do continue with remote option, sitting in a quiet place in your home, with a cup of tea/coffee, just as you would if you were at my office, will be a good way to relax and share your thoughts & feelings and make the most of your appointment.

Change and uncertainty can cause anxiety, so try and keep some routine with meals, sleep and relax time. Having some hobbies that can occupy you will also help, such as reading, drawing and listening to music.

Reflect each day on your positives, and when possible show kindness to others, by texting, telephoning and emailing friend, family etc. and NOT becoming lonely.
