I have a background in Medico-Legal defense work and I have had significant experience counselling staff within the NHS. I have also worked in both the Public and Private sector and within charitable organisations and for E.A.P.s.

I also undertake home visits when health or mobility make attending my office a difficulty to you. I work in a humanistic-person-centred manner, using CBT and Solution Focused techniques within my work. We all experience difficult and challenging times and knowing what to do and how to move forward if often difficult. I will aim to see your issue/s from your perspective and work with you at a pace that is right for you to bring about the changes or understanding that is important for you.

Sessions (each 50 minutes) can be booked on a weekly or fortnightly basis - it's your needs that matter. We are all unique and sometimes need some help or direction.
